PPL, I finished my examss at lasttt! So relieved now. Can get my good night sleep for now. Cant wait to get back home as well! Miss my aircond so much. It's friggin hot here now but then it's going to cooler for the next few days. Melbourn'e weather is like a yoyo. *tsk* At least it's better than Adelaide which the highest was more then 40+! AHAHAHA Sengfoo, you should EXPERIENCE the heat there lor!

I'm backkk- for now. =) I just finished 2 papers this week. Going to sit for another 2 next monday and thursday and I'm FREEEEEEEEEEEEE- like a bird~~ And I haven studied for the upcoming 2 papers :( -Investment portfolio management and International marketing- Eeks. Wish me luck.

Cant wait till I finish my exams. It makes me happy and yet not happy though . The weather here is making me MAD. IT'S FRIGGIN HOT and it's not even summer yet. Highest temp so far is 35 degrees. 35 degrees in spring! I cant understand how people here could stand the heat, especially during summer. I heard during summer, it can shoot up to over 40 degrees! Burn people burn!

I especially don't understand how they can study under the scorching hot sun!

Last saturday, we decided to make our own HAR MEE. SeokFang bought most of the ingredients. LOL I just supplied 4 eggs. =)

It was GOOOOOOOD. We garnished with veges, prawns, chicken, fishcakes, eggs and bean sprouts. Man, it was good. All 4 of us were all bloated after eating. I'm salivating now typing this. hahahahah.

Yesterday, me and the girls went dress hunting for Chisholm Ball. I didnt wanna go at first but then friends pestering me to go. xD So, if I could find a nice dress, I MIGHT go. =S who knows. Anyhoo, we went Nasi Lemak House for lunch first. It's like my 3rd or 4th time there and I'm still loving Nasi Lemak Kelantan! The sambal sauce is diff from the normal one. It has a tomato taste to it. me loves. 

After lunch we head to Docklands to shop for dress.

In the end, we didnt see any nice dresses. =S Not enough time for us to shop around cos it's a Saturday and shop closes at 5pm. Will go out some other day to hunt for dress. We head back to the city and had our dinner at Brunetti. Sounds familiar? It's the place where seok fang, alison and me go and have cakes. XD Yes, we had desserts for dinner. LOL Too full from the nasi lemak from lunch. 

After that, we head back to docklands again for ICE SKATING! Wuhoo! It's a been a LONG LONG TIME since I've skated. I think I was in primary school the last time I skate. 

I didnt fell, thank god. SeokFang fell 4 times. *ouch* We had only like 40 minutes to skate that day. Cos we reached there about 8.40 and they closes at 9.30 =S Shud've come earlier. Nvm, there will be next time! XD Skating is fun! I can't get myself to balance but I got the hang of it later on after observing others. How I wish I can skate a lil longer. 

Photo-whoring after skating session. Supper at Chili Padi and I had Char kuey teow. Suprisingly, it was not bad. I did not expect it to be good actually. But yeah, it was. =) And it cost me $9.90 *eeeks* But oh well, I don't come here often. So it's ok.

I'll just skip the first 3 days as I already uploaded the pictures in Facebook. If you people are willing to spend ur time looking at my pictures, go ahead. :) Not much happened on the first 3 days though. The interesting part is at the back. =)

You see, I can't seem to upload Gold Coast Day 4's pictures. I tried MANY times. using Safari, Firefox and Opera. All 3 failed. What's wrong?! T.T That's why I update my blog with pictures from Day 4. *muahahaha* 

XiaoYan and me are the first ones who wake up every morning for all 7 days. I need time to straighten my hair. *HAHAHAAH* So every morning both of us wake up at around 7.30am and we called the rest when we're done. Day 4 plan was to go yes, you saw it, MOVIE WORLD!!!oneone I was veryveryvery excited about it.

I got all dizzy after this ride. The idea of your legs hanging like that freaks me out! seriously. It wasn't THAT scary after all. HAHAHHAHA Call me scaredy cat! xP Lethal weapon was our last ride of the day. So we went taking pictures after that. Jumping photos became our must-do-thing everywhere we go. AHAHHAHA 

This is the Batmobile featured in the movie 'Batman Forever' It's 25 feet long and 10feet 6 inches tall. Cool ey~~ We were actually chased out by those secutiry guards cos it was way pass 5pm which is the closing time. There's still lots of people inside though. CEH! 

Goodbye Movie World!

I'm BACKKKK! And I miss gold coast already =( I want to stay longer. 1week in gold coast is not enough! Too tiring. Imagine 4 worlds in 4 days. Seaworld, Movie World, Dreamworld and Wet n Wild. But anyhoo, it was all good. So yeah I enjoyed my trip VERY VERY MUCH except the part where I got sick. Damn flu and sore throatt! I never been this sick since I'm in australia. In fact, I never get sick in australia before. pffft! 

We didn't do much on the first day. Checked in at Centrepoint Resort. Really nice apartment I must say. It's so comfy. =) I miss staying with the girls there. So lonely now in my room all by myself. Wuwu. We went to the beach-Surfer's paradise! LOVE IT THERE! The sand is so so halus. damn nice! I will upload the pictures once I got it from my friends.

On the third day, we went jetboat-ing. It was FUN! we experienced 360 degree spin! SYOK GILA! $50 per person. (We went Seaworld on the 2nd day, will update about it later)

Every semester, the BSA(Business Student Association) will held this booksales where you sell your used textbooks. And so, I did, every semester. They held it like 2nd or 3rd week of the uni. And of course you get to collect your unsold books back. They have it in the hall where they sell books last semester but this time they have the venue changed to their office. WHICH I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IT IS .So Yongxin and myself went and try our luck in finding it with the help of my friend's direction. We walked more than 4km (I'm pretty sure we did) to find this stupid office.  

You see, the RED is Chisholm College which is my hostel. And the office is the ORANGE one. We walked through the Uni.. Pass Glenn College and still can't find it. We walked and walked and walked and finally gave up and confirmed that we're lost. We walked to University Lodge (in green) which is one of the on-campus accomodation in La Trobe University to ask for directions. The lady there had no idea where is it. *DIE LOR* So we walked back and try on another route and we managed to find the OFFICE! 

As you can see, we took a SUPER DUPER LONG way (the route in blue) to get there when we could actually go there by taking the PURPLE route. KNS. A 15 minutes walk became almost 1hour walk. La Trobe university compound is TOO BIG! GAH!

On another note, I'm flying to Gold Coast tmr!

SUPER DUPER EXCITED! It's a 7 days 6 night trip.

Weeks ago, I attened my cousin brother's graduation in Melbourne Uni. My aunt and uncle came all the way from penang and the younger cousin brother came from Adelaide. It's my first in Melb Uni. I didnt tour around though. Just following the group. LOL. Took some photos and I left with my younger cousin brother and his 2 friends. We went lunch and watch G.I Joe that day. It was my 2nd time watching G.I Joe cos I watched it the day b4 with my friends. hahhaha. Cousin brother paid for my ticket though. LLOL!

My cousin brother, the one studying in Adelaide said he wanna come over to my place and just have a look at the Uni. So yeah, i just gave him a small tour around my Uni. My aunt brought a little souvenir for me =) So nice. XD

Like just any weekends, the girls and I will usually hang out together. As usual, we will go city just to walk around instead of staying in Bundoora which is pretty much a dead place. We plan to go Docklands since some of us never been there before. So yeah, we went shopping there. ;)

We met Pikachu in the city. LOL They were having promotions on nintendo stuff.

Anyhoo, we went Docklands. It's been awhile since I've been there. That day was a saturday. Shop closes at 5pm. Damn early right. sigh. Welcome to Australia. :( *KNS* We were walking aimlessly and we saw 2 machines blowing out foams from the 2nd floor making it 'snowy-like'. And of course, we pose to take pictures.

There were like 7 of us that day and we kinda separate into groups of 3. LOL. 3-2-2. Dont' really like the idea of shopping in a big group actually. Kinda annoys me. Less is better. =) And so, I was with SeokFang and YongXin. Nothing much to shop actually, didnt have the mood that day. And hence, we take pictures. LOL! There was this Merry-go-round for kids la. And we just use it as a background. And when the camera flashes, the angmoh lady just walk right pass us. I think she did it on purpose lor. *kns*

After shopping, we watch 'Laughing Gor' the movie. And we were like 20-30 minutes late. HAHAHA. Didnt manage our time properly. Oh well. The movie was so so I think. =S After movie, we had our Dinner at a place call 'Chili Padi'. I had murtabak..a not very authenthic one. ~.~

It's so-so. It's nice if you don't complain. =)

Oh! They had Roti Tisu also. We were kinda excited! And of course we order Roti Tisu and...

Few weeks ago, I went yes, Cafe Giraffe again. This is my 3rd time there and I'm still loving it. Need me to say more? The ambiance there is just simple yet nice. I bet you guys already seen the interior.. That is IF you guys read my blog. This time is Alison's first. Seok fang's second and my third time. muahahahaha. 

Our lunch  for that day. Homemade chicken pie, Shepherd's pie and my Chicken Lasagna. MMmmmm yumyum. We never go to Cafe Giraffe if we don't order their desserts. Yes! Desserts there is a must-thing!

New face! This is urm.. Raspberry brownie with ice cream. Couldn't rmbr the exact title and it's Alison's dessert.. Seok Fang ordered Tiramisu. LOL I've been seeing Tiramisu everytime I go there. XD

And this is mine. Passionfruit bread pudding with chocolate. It's yummmmyyyyy. Kinda new thing to me cos i never had bread pudding before *I think* XD

I just had my first Frisbee game today. HAHAHA It's SOOOOOOOOOOOO Tiring. :S But it's all gooooood. It's FUN! And I met some new people as well. Pictures taken when I was resting. We had 1 extra person so that person will be the reserved ones and we can take turns to rest. XD

We played in Simpson's Lawn which is situated behind ELT (East lecture Theatre) and in front of Glenn College, the most ex hostel in my uni which is the only hostel that provides food for the residents.

You see, we were divided into 2 groups. And we're playing against each other. We're suppose to pass the frisbee into your team's goals. the concept is like basketball or football. It seems like it's easy and all. But it's really tiring. Running here and there. Eating your energy real quick I tell you. 

 I don't mind playing this every week. At least I get to exercise. Hee Hee
