Carrot cake

My mum decided to make carrot cake yesterday.
And me,the good dotter(xD) helped her of course. haha

These are the ingredients for the carrot cake. xD
I LOVE MY MUM'S CARROT CAKE! simply delicious.

I forget to put the walnuts in the ingredient pic just now. whoops?
Anyhuu, baked 'em til their brown? U cant see the difference actually.
hahaha.

wooots! So orange. wooots! I helped shred the carrots.
wheehee! xD I accidenltly shred my nail.. =( dun worry,
it did not drop into the shredded carrots. hah. xD

Now for the cream, mix cream cheese,icing sugar and butter well.
Then.add in lemon juice(up to you to put how much) But i personally
LOVE sour. And I don't know why am I writing all these down.-_-"

Look nice right? RIGHT? buahahhaa. I ate 4 pieces that night.xD
